Refund Policy

Last updated 21 July 2026

Soloist is sold by PecanAi LLC. This policy is part of the Terms of Service, and it is deliberately short.

The rule: if you ask within 14 days of a payment and you haven't hammered the service in the meantime, we refund it in full. No form, no retention call.

Monthly subscriptions

Cancel any time. Cancelling stops the next charge and you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for. If you cancel within 14 days of a charge and you've barely used that month, email us and we'll refund it.

Annual subscriptions

Full refund if you ask within 14 days of the payment. After 14 days we'll refund the unused whole months, minus the discount you got for paying annually — an annual plan that's refunded month-by-month is charged at the monthly rate for the months you used.

We refund without being asked when

What we don't refund

We don't refund for an unreleased app failing to arrive, because we don't sell unreleased apps: a collection is sold on what it contains today, and the site says which apps those are. If we told you something specific about a release and it turned out to be wrong, that's a different matter — email us and we'll fix it.

How to ask

Email support@soloisthq.com from the address on your account and say what you'd like refunded. You don't have to justify it. We aim to reply within two business days.

How it comes back

Refunds go through Stripe to the original payment method. Stripe usually posts them within 5–10 business days; how fast your bank shows it is up to your bank. We'll email you when it's sent.

Chargebacks

Please email us before disputing a charge with your bank — a refund we issue directly lands faster than a dispute, and a dispute automatically suspends the account while it's open.

Your legal rights

If consumer law where you live gives you a stronger right to a refund or a cancellation period than this policy does, that law wins. This policy never takes away a statutory right.
