Privacy Policy
Soloist is run by PecanAi LLC, a one-person limited liability company in the United States. "We", "us" and "our" mean that company. This policy covers soloisthq.com and the Soloist apps served from perchbio.com, countertill.com, hearthrooms.com and reelwharf.com.
The short version
- We collect what an account needs to work, plus what you put into the apps yourself.
- We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
- There are no third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this website.
- We never see your full card number. Stripe handles payments.
- Email us and we will delete your account and its contents.
What we collect
Account data
Your email address, your display name if you give one, and a cryptographic hash of your password (we cannot read your password). If you sign in with a third-party provider, we receive the identifier and email that provider releases to us.
Content you create
Whatever you put into a Soloist app — link pages, scheduled posts, uploaded files, and so on. It is yours. We store it so the app can serve it, and we do not use it to train machine-learning models.
Operational and usage data
Ordinary server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps, the URL requested), plus counters such as page views and clicks where an app advertises that feature. We use these to run the service, debug it, and keep it from being abused.
Payment data
If you subscribe, Stripe processes the payment and stores the card details. We receive a customer identifier, the subscription status, and what you bought — never the full card number.
Why we're allowed to hold it
We process this data to provide the service you asked for, to comply with tax and accounting law, and for the narrow legitimate interest of keeping the service secure and working. Where the law in your country requires consent for something, we ask for it.
Who else touches your data

That is the whole list. If we add another provider that handles personal data, this table changes before the provider goes live. We also disclose data if a valid legal process compels us to, and we will tell you unless we are prohibited from doing so.
Where it lives
Soloist runs on Cloudflare's global network, so your data may be processed on servers outside your country, including in the United States. We rely on our providers' standard contractual protections for those transfers.
How long we keep it
- Account and content: until you delete the account, then removed from live systems promptly and from backups as those backups age out (within 90 days).
- Server logs: a short operational window, generally 30 days or less.
- Billing records: as long as tax and accounting law requires, typically seven years.
Cookies
We set a session cookie so you stay signed in, and store a short-lived sign-in token in your browser. That's it — no advertising cookies, no analytics pixels, no cross-site tracking, and therefore no cookie banner asking you to accept any. Some pages use Cloudflare Turnstile to block bots; it sets its own token for that purpose and is not used to profile you.
Your choices
Whatever your local law grants you, you can ask us for: a copy of your data, a correction, deletion, or an export. Email support@soloisthq.com from your account address and we will act on it within 30 days.
If you are in the EU, the UK, California, or anywhere else with a specific privacy statute, those rights apply to you and we will honour them. We want to be straight with you about the shape of this business: it is one person, so we have not appointed a Data Protection Officer or an EU/UK representative, and we make no claim to any certification, audit or formal compliance programme. What we do claim is on this page and nowhere else.
Children
Soloist is not for anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has an account, email us and we will remove it.
Security
Passwords are hashed, sessions are signed, traffic is TLS-only, and access controls are enforced server-side. No service can promise it will never be breached; if one happens and it affects you, we will tell you what we know as soon as we reasonably can.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above and email account holders before it takes effect.
